Rich brings big ideas to every table. In addition to his role as Chairman at nSight, Rich is CEO of Travel Innovations Group, a travel technology incubator in Nashville, funded by private equity and a joint venture with Travel Holdings, Inc. He has a deep history in hospitality as well as big data management. He was co-founder and CEO of SmartDM, a leading data management business that was acquired by Acxiom Corporation [NASDAQ: ACXM] in 2005, Rich was recognized by Inc. magazine in their Inc. 500 and featured on the August 1999 cover as co-founder of the “Best Company Started for $1,000 or Less.” Most recently he was Chief Marketing Officer of Gaylord Entertainment from 2006 to 2012, when the hotel brand was acquired by Marriott International [NYSE: MAR] in 2012. A Vanderbilt grad, he’s active in several industry and community organizations and serves on the board of the US Travel Association.

Jami eats, sleeps and breathes travel big data. As the visionary behind nSight, she is redefining the expectations for travel intelligence. With more than 10 years of hospitality business intelligence experience, she has led the business intelligence (BI) product strategy at industry leaders Orbitz and TravelClick. She most recently directed Orbitz’s global BI strategy and developed the first BI dashboard for the company’s global operations. From 2002 to 2011, Jami was with TravelClick where she managed the expansion of its BI solutions as the designer and strategic visionary of its next generation Hotelligence360 product. A Chicago native, Jami has an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

She’s fired up. Katrina has focused her 20-year career on bringing value to business through marketing innovation and simply rolling up her sleeves. She has held strategic marketing and communications positions at some of the world’s largest enterprise technology companies. Most recently spending five years with TravelClick, she served as head of global marketing. Her deep roots in the hospitality industry range from ecommerce and BI solutions to mobile apps and channel management. Her work with industry leaders, including SynXis (now Sabre Hospitality), EZYield and MICROS, during their fast-growth periods, gives Katrina a hands-on understanding of what it takes to be successful with a new market entry. Her MBA is from The Smith School of Business at University of Maryland.

Jay makes it all work – together. He draws from more than 20 years of product and technology leadership to oversee nSight’s data management and warehousing technology and infrastructure. Jay and nSight Chairman Rich Maradik go way back. They co-founded SmartDM which developed one of the original Software as a Service (SaaS) email marketing and database solutions. Along with Rich, Jay was recognized by Inc. magazine in their Inc. 500 and featured on the August 1999 cover as co-founder of the “Best Company Started for $1,000 or Less.” After Acxiom Corporation purchased SmartDM, he worked with several consumer marketing and digital technology startups before becoming a partner with Smart Solutions for Business, an entrepreneurial data consulting venture. Jay is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.

Turning data into knowledge is his passion. With 20 years of experience in data discovery and analytics, Gadi specializes in translating data into business value with robust strategy and recommendations that drive revenue impact and return on investment. Joining Tourico Holidays in 2006, Gadi has changed the way the company manages its travel business by creating systems that interact and activate business decisions daily. In addition to advising with nSight, he’s the Executive Vice President of Business Intelligence and Revenue Management at Tourico Holidays. Gadi graduated from Tel Aviv University with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
WHAT YOU WOULDN’T GUESS: He’s got a soft side. When he’s not on an off-road motorcycle trip in the desert, he’s an avid artist. (Oh, and he can fly a helicopter.)
Keli lives the hotel business. For 14 years, she has worked with leading hoteliers to help them grow bookings and enhance revenue using market intelligence. Coming to nSight from TravelClick, Keli has hands on experience with translating data into action for her hotel clients. Her expertise in revenue management, digital marketing and business intelligence make her a go-to partner for the industry leaders that she’s worked with throughout her career, including Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Sage Hospitality and Stonebridge Companies. As Regional Director of Sales focusing on the Western Region, she helps hotels leverage the insights from nSight to increase bookings from third-party websites and their brand.com as well as inform marketing decisions from ad strategy to content development. Keli studied Communications at Regis University Denver, including time abroad in Rome.
IN HER BLOOD: From the beginning (Dad’s a retired Captain for TWA), she’s traveled and lived around the world. Favs: Tahiti and Italy. But when she needs to reconnect with her roots, she turns to her flower garden in Denver.
Clay brings an entrepreneurial spirit to nSight. Literally. Prior to nSight, he launched the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, a local business accelerator where he helped connect 70+ startup teams with $20 million in funding. As Director of Sales, he’s introducing Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) to the power of global search and booking data to increase visitation from around the world. Working hand-in-hand with partners like the US Travel Association, Clay helps DMOs identify new opportunities and improve marketing ROI. He’s a Nashville native, graduate of Washington and Lee University, and sits on the boards of the Phoenix Club of Nashville and Boys and Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee.
